Mickey Burdick received a BFA in theater from the University of Arizona, and an MBA from Colorado State University. His background is largely as a playwright, though in recent years, he has shifted his focus to writing novels of all genres and styles. He has dabbled in steampunk, horror, YA, MG, and literary fiction. He currently serves as Technical Director for the Colorado Springs Fine Arts Center Theater Company at Colorado College.
